Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. FYI if you are receiving our emails be sure to check your spam or junk email folder before calling.

All consumers are required to abide by state and local laws. 

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping Requirements:  Orders over $50 qualify for free s shipping.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.64 flat rate shipping in the US. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Bloomington IN and Miramar Beach FL locations.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 hours during normal business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@BellFamilyDispensary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Methods:

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).

Delivery Times:

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. All orders shipping via our free shipping offer will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed. USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Bell Family Dispensary and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.

Back Orders:

In the event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@BellFamilyDispensary.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
