Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 11:00 AM CT will usually go out the same day*. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CT will go out the following day unless placed on a Friday, in which case your order will go out the following Monday (i.e., the next business day).

If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process it. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you select your shipping option at checkout. We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times, such as sales events and the holiday season.

Shipping Methods:

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).

Delivery Times:

After processing, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped and tracking information. Orders may take approximately 3-9 business days to arrive. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Due to the high volumes that USPS and UPS receive, please keep in mind that you may not see updates in tracking information for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local sorting facilities, transit locations, or post office/UPS store.

While we wish we could control end-to-end shipping, we pass the baton to our UPS/USPS partners to deliver to your doorstep. For the quickest resolution, packaging delays should be handled with UPS/USPS. They will have the most up-to-date visibility of the package.

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.

State Laws:

We currently do not ship to Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, California, Washington, Oregon and all other locations where CBD is restricted and/or prohibited. All consumers are required to abide by local laws. 


Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping Requirements:  Orders over $50 qualify for free s shipping.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8.64 flat rate shipping in the US. 

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Bloomington IN location.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 hours during normal business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@BellFamilyDispensary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Back Orders:

In the event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@BellFamilyDispensary.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
