Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review the policy below and contact us—we’re happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • To begin a return or exchange, please email support@bellfamilydispensary.com with your order number and reason for the request.
  • Limit one return or exchange per customer.

If your product was purchased through a third-party retailer or distributor, returns and exchanges must be handled directly through the original place of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refunds typically process within up to four (4) weeks, which includes:

  • Return shipping time (5–10 business days)
  • Processing time once received (3–5 business days)
  • Bank or card issuer processing time (5–10 business days)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (including broken bottles or wrong flavors), please:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email the photos and a brief description to support@bellfamilydispensary.com

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
